How is the artwork produced?

Share your rough sketches, logos, reference images, wording, colours, and ideas through the Custom Championship Belt Request page. CAPGO’s team will review the details and help bring your championship belt vision to life.

How long does it take to make a belt?

HD Engraving Premium belts typically take around four weeks to complete. SD Etching belts typically take around three weeks after the final belt artwork is confirmed.

How much does a custom championship belt cost?

CAPGO Championship Belts offers metal plates in different thicknesses and production styles. Starting prices may vary by design complexity, size, material, and upgrades.

  • 4mm Thick Metal Etching Plates Belt: Starting at $300.
  • 5.5mm Thick Metal HD Engraving Plates Belt: Starting at $500.
  • 6mm Thick Deep HD Engraving and Stacked Plates Belt: Starting at $600.

What are the payment options?

CAPGO accepts major payment options available at checkout, including major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard, Google Pay where available, and PayPal for payment transactions.

What are the shipping fees?

CAPGO offers free shipping to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Germany. For Europe, a flat shipping rate may apply depending on the delivery address.

Are there discounts available for multiple belt orders?

Yes. Bulk discounts may be available when five belts or more are ordered at the same time. Contact CAPGO before ordering so the team can review quantity, design, production, and shipping details.

Will I receive an order confirmation email after placing my order?

Yes. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Will I get tracking for my order?

Yes. CAPGO sends tracking information by email once your order has shipped. Order tracking helps customers follow the package after it leaves production.

How can I show the design I want on my belt?

Use the Custom Championship Belt Request page to share sketches, logos, inspiration images, colours, title wording, and design notes for your belt.

Can you provide the design of the belt only?

Yes. You can contact CAPGO through the Custom Championship Belt Request page and share the design direction or sketches you need reviewed.

Can I change my order?

Due to CAPGO’s production workflow and processing time, changing an order can be difficult after it has been placed. If a change is necessary, contact CAPGO as soon as possible.

Is there a physical store for CAPGO Championship Belts?

Currently, CAPGO does not operate a public physical retail store. CAPGO’s business model is designed to cut out the middleman, lower retail pricing where possible, and give a stronger share of the work value back to the craftsmen.

What is the quality of leather straps?

CAPGO uses genuine cowhide leather for belt straps. Cowhide leather is a strong choice for championship belt straps because it supports durability, structure, and premium presentation.

Where are the belts manufactured?

CAPGO belts are made in CAPGO’s own craftsmanship unit in Sialkot, Pakistan. Sialkot has a long heritage of skilled leather and sports manufacturing. CAPGO does not outsource its products and aims to ensure the craftsmen working on the belts receive a fair share of the profits.

Is the belt pre-made?

Each custom belt is created based on the customer’s design details. After CAPGO receives the order and required information, the team begins creating the belt so it matches the confirmed requirements.

What’s the status of my order? How do I track it?

CAPGO keeps customers informed during the process through step-by-step notification emails about order status. Once your belt is shipped, CAPGO emails the tracking number from the courier so you can track your order online.

Do I have to pay customs and duties?

Customs and import duties may apply once a package reaches its destination country. Import duties vary by country, so CAPGO cannot determine the final cost of these charges in advance.

What postal company do you use?

CAPGO uses trusted shipping partners to deliver championship belts as quickly and reliably as possible. Tracking details are sent once the order has shipped.

What are the shipping charges?

CAPGO offers free shipping to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. Additional destinations may have shipping fees, customs duties, or local import charges depending on the delivery address.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

After CAPGO receives your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You may also receive regular email notifications about belt progress, such as digital mockups, engraving updates, quality assurance, and shipping.

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?

Yes. CAPGO’s goal is to keep customer information safe and secure from unauthorized access and use. Transactions are handled through secure checkout systems. For more information, review the Privacy Policy.

Can I track my order online?

Yes. A confirmation email and tracking code will be sent once your belt has shipped. You can also use the Track Your Order page with your Order ID and billing email.

Can I make any changes after placing my order?

CAPGO will help where possible. For artwork changes, contact info@capgointernational.com within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the design or production process may already be underway.

Shipping address changes should be requested as soon as possible. Once a belt has shipped, the package may need to be returned and a second shipment may be billed to the customer.
