Before You Track

Make sure you have the right information.

The tracking page works best when the customer has the exact Order ID and billing email used during checkout.

Find your Order ID

Look for the Order ID in your CAPGO order confirmation email, receipt, or checkout confirmation page.

Use your billing email

The email must match the billing email used when the order was placed. A different email may not return the order.

Check custom order timing

Custom belts may go through design review, production, approval, and shipping before carrier tracking becomes active.

Processing

Payment has been received and the order is being prepared, reviewed, or moved into the production workflow.

In Production

Custom belts may be in artwork review, plate work, engraving, finishing, strap assembly, or quality review.

Shipped

The order has been packed and shipped. Tracking details may also be sent by email when the carrier label is active.

Completed

The order has been fulfilled in WooCommerce. Keep your confirmation email and tracking details for your records.

Shipping and Tracking Notes

Tracking may appear after production and final approval.

CAPGO custom products are often made to order. That means the WooCommerce order can exist before the final carrier tracking number is available.
