Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the CAPGO International website and to purchases made through the website, custom request forms, checkout, email, WhatsApp, or other approved communication channels.
1. Contract Formation
Before production begins, CAPGO International requires payment for the total cost of the item ordered. Once payment has been received, CAPGO may send an email confirmation using the email address provided with your order or request.
An order is considered accepted when CAPGO confirms the order, receives the necessary payment, and has enough information to move forward with the product or custom production process.
2. Pricing
Prices for products are listed on the website or quoted directly for custom work. Prices may vary based on product type, materials, plate thickness, size, artwork, engraving, strap type, side plates, accessories, shipping destination, and requested upgrades.
- All orders are processed in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout or in writing.
- Delivery charges, duties, taxes, or import fees may vary by location.
- CAPGO may not be able to service every location, or additional delivery charges may apply.
- Obvious pricing errors, technical display issues, or incorrect checkout totals may be corrected before an order is accepted.
3. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed before production starts. Orders may be paid through the available WooCommerce checkout methods, payment links, PayPal, card payment, or other payment options approved by CAPGO.
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.
- Orders may be delayed if payment is incomplete, declined, disputed, reversed, or flagged for review.
- CAPGO may request additional confirmation for large, custom, or bulk orders.
4. Custom Orders and Production
Custom championship belts, leather jackets, team belts, fantasy belts, replica-style products, and made-to-order pieces require accurate customer information before production can continue.
- Customers must provide correct names, logos, spelling, dates, colours, artwork files, design notes, measurements, and reference images where required.
- Production timelines can vary depending on design complexity, materials, revisions, approval speed, queue volume, and shipping destination.
- Custom work may not be eligible for standard cancellation or return options once production has started.
- CAPGO may make reasonable production adjustments where needed to improve fit, durability, layout, or final presentation.
5. Right to Cancel
You may request cancellation in writing. The source Terms state that cancellation may be requested up to the end of the seventh working day from the day after the order date, subject to whether the goods have already been received or production has already started.
- To request cancellation, contact CAPGO in writing as soon as possible.
- If goods have already been delivered, customers are responsible for keeping the product safe and following CAPGO’s return instructions where a return is approved.
- For custom or made-to-order products, cancellation rights may be limited after production, artwork approval, personalization, or material preparation begins.
6. Delivery
CAPGO will deliver goods to the delivery address provided when the order is placed. The original Terms state that delivery will be made as soon as possible after the order is accepted and, in any event, within 30 days of the order where applicable.
- Delivery timelines may vary for custom products, international shipments, bulk orders, and carrier delays.
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Once goods are delivered, the customer becomes responsible for the product.
- CAPGO is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, weather, holidays, or events outside its control.
7. Refund Process
If a pre-paid order is cancelled because the product is unavailable or because of another reason caused by CAPGO International, the customer may be entitled to a full refund.
Where a refund is approved, the original source Terms state that refunds are processed and executed within 7 to 10 working days.
- Refund timing may also depend on the payment provider, bank, PayPal, card issuer, or checkout method.
- Refunds for custom orders may be limited once production, personalization, artwork preparation, or material work has begun.
- Shipping fees, transaction fees, custom costs, and approved deductions may apply where permitted.
8. Artwork, Logos, Files, and Customer Content
By submitting artwork, logos, names, slogans, photos, sketches, or other materials to CAPGO, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials for the requested product.
- You are responsible for checking spelling, trademark permissions, copyright permissions, image quality, and design accuracy.
- CAPGO may use submitted materials only as needed to review, design, produce, support, or complete the order.
- CAPGO may refuse content that appears unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing, or unsafe to produce.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the CAPGO website, checkout, request forms, account area, contact forms, review tools, or communication channels.
- Do not submit false information, unauthorized payment details, spam, malicious files, or misleading requests.
- Do not attempt to interfere with website security, checkout processing, product listings, or customer accounts.
- CAPGO may restrict or refuse access where misuse, fraud, abuse, or harmful activity is suspected.
10. Limitation of Liability
CAPGO works to provide accurate product information, clear communication, and quality production. However, product colours, finishes, materials, screen previews, and final appearance may vary slightly due to photography, display settings, production method, and handmade or custom manufacturing differences.
- CAPGO is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, incorrect spelling, poor quality artwork, wrong measurements, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- CAPGO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, product delays, carrier delays, customs issues, or misuse of products.
- Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
CAPGO may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect website changes, production changes, legal updates, checkout changes, or business requirements.
The version published on this page applies at the time you access the website or place an order, unless a separate written agreement is provided by CAPGO.
