Terms of Service
1. Contract Formation
Before we start production, we require payment for the total cost of the item you ordered. Once we have received payment, we will email you to confirm that your order has been accepted using the email address you provided on your order form.
2. Pricing
Prices for your items are listed on our website. We may not be able to service all locations, or you may be charged an additional fee for delivery. Delivery charges are clearly listed on our website. All orders are processed in USD at the displayed price.
3. Right to Cancel
You may cancel your contract with us for the items you order up to the end of the seventh working day from the day after the date you ordered the goods. If you wish to cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing. If you have already received the goods before cancelling your contract, you must send them back to our contact address at your own expense and risk. The items must not be unpacked or used, and must be returned to our contact address as soon as possible at your own cost.
4. Delivery
We will deliver the goods you ordered to the address you provided for delivery when placing your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and, in any event, within 30 days of your order. Once the goods are delivered to you, you become the owner. You are responsible for the goods once they are handed over to you, and we cannot be held accountable for their loss or destruction.
5. Refund Process
If your pre‑paid order is cancelled due to the unavailability of the product or any other reason pertaining to Capgo International, you are entitled to a full refund, which will be processed and executed within 7 to 10 working days.
