International shipping and import/export notice
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, customs charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, and import/export costs charged by their country, courier, postal service, or customs authority. These charges are not included in the Capgo product price unless clearly stated at checkout.
Damage claims should be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery with photos of the box, label, packaging, and product. Lost package claims may require carrier investigation before resolution.
