Capgo 1 Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Protect your Capgo Championship Belt with our 1 Year Craftsmanship Warranty. This optional add-on covers eligible craftsmanship and manufacturing-related issues under normal display, handling, and ownership conditions.

What may be covered

  • Loose or improperly secured plates
  • Broken or defective snaps
  • Stitching or strap construction defects
  • Manufacturing defects in the belt build
  • Incorrectly assembled belt components
  • Eligible finish issues caused by workmanship defects
  • Eligible custom layout, nameplate, or ordered option errors where the final product does not match the confirmed order details

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, scuffs, dents, or marks caused after delivery
  • Damage caused by drops, impact, misuse, wrestling use, rough handling, storage issues, or accidents
  • Water damage, moisture exposure, heat damage, chemical exposure, or improper cleaning
  • Natural strap creasing, leather or PU movement, cosmetic aging, tarnishing, fading, or surface wear
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, repainting, replating, or third-party customization
  • Customer-approved spelling, artwork, layout, or design choices
  • Import fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, shipping delays, or transit claims

Coverage lasts for 1 year from the original delivery date. Claims require order information, clear photos or video, and review by Capgo.
