Optional one-year coverage for eligible craftsmanship and manufacturing-related issues under normal display, handling and ownership conditions.
Claims may include
- Loose or improperly secured plates
- Defective snaps, stitching or strap construction
- Manufacturing defects or incorrect assembly
- Eligible ordered-option errors where the delivered product does not match the confirmed order
Not covered
- Normal wear, scratches, dents, impact, misuse or wrestling use
- Water, heat, chemicals, improper cleaning or storage
- Natural strap movement, cosmetic ageing, tarnishing or fading
- Unauthorized repair or third-party modification
- Customer-approved spelling, artwork or design choices
