Shipping destinations, timing, and tracking
Shipping eligibility, production timing, and delivery estimates depend on the product, destination, quantity, and approved order details. The order confirmation or written quotation is the controlling source for current timing and shipping charges.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent after the order has completed production, passed quality review, and been handed to the carrier. Carrier scans can take time to appear after dispatch.
International orders
Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and responding to carrier or customs requests. Import duties, taxes, brokerage, or destination charges may apply unless the written order terms state otherwise.
