Capgo Shipping Protection

Capgo Shipping Protection helps protect eligible orders against shipping-related issues such as lost packages, damaged packages, or eligible transit problems after the order has shipped.

This is an optional order protection add-on and is separate from the Capgo 1 Year Craftsmanship Warranty.

What Shipping Protection May Cover

Capgo Shipping Protection may cover eligible issues such as:

Package lost in transit after carrier investigation

Package damaged during shipping

Severe box damage with product damage

Missing shipment after confirmed carrier issue

Incorrect delivery issue where the carrier confirms a valid claim

What Shipping Protection Does Not Cover

Shipping Protection does not cover:

Customs delays

Import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, clearance fees, or government charges

Packages refused by the customer

Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees

Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

Packages marked delivered by the carrier without supporting evidence of carrier loss

Theft after confirmed delivery, unless otherwise approved by Capgo

Delays caused by customs inspection, weather, natural disasters, strikes, holidays, carrier backlogs, or government processing

Damage reported after the claim window

Minor outer box wear when the product itself is not damaged

International Shipping, Import, and Export Policy

Capgo Championship Belts ships products internationally where available. International customers are responsible for ensuring the product can be imported into their country and for paying any duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, customs charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, or import/export costs charged by their country, courier, postal service, or customs authority.

These fees are not included in the Capgo product price unless clearly stated at checkout.

Capgo is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border inspection, import processing, export processing, or carrier clearance procedures.

If a package is refused, abandoned, returned, or delayed because customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges were not paid, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, reshipping fees, carrier charges, and any non-refundable customs or processing fees.

Shipping Claim Requirements

To file a shipping claim, customers must contact Capgo as soon as possible and provide:

Order number

Full name and email used on the order

Tracking number

Clear photos of the box, packaging, shipping label, and damaged item if damage occurred

Description of the issue

Confirmation of the delivery address

Any messages or claim documents received from the carrier or customs office

Damage Claims

Damage claims must be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery. Customers must keep the original packaging, shipping box, inserts, and damaged item until the claim is resolved. The carrier may require inspection of the package and product.

Lost Package Claims

For lost packages, Capgo may require the carrier investigation to be completed before issuing a replacement, refund, or store credit. International lost-package investigations may take longer due to customs and cross-border processing.

Resolution Options

If a Shipping Protection claim is approved, Capgo may provide one of the following:

Replacement item

Replacement part

Reshipment

Store credit

Refund where appropriate

Claim approval and resolution depend on the order details, carrier investigation, shipping method, claim evidence, and product availability.

Important Notice

Capgo Shipping Protection is not a guarantee against all shipping delays, customs charges, import fees, theft, or customer address errors. It is designed to help with eligible shipping-related issues when proper evidence is provided and the claim qualifies under Capgo’s policy.
