The Capgo 1 Year Craftsmanship Warranty protects eligible belts and products against covered workmanship and manufacturing defects for 1 year from the original delivery date.
This warranty may cover eligible craftsmanship issues such as loose plates, defective snaps, stitching defects, strap construction issues, eligible finish defects caused by workmanship, or assembly problems related to the original product build.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, dents, misuse, impact damage, water damage, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, customer-approved design choices, customs fees, import duties, shipping delays, or damage caused after delivery.
Warranty claims require photos, order information, and review by Capgo.
Capgo Shipping Protection

Capgo Shipping Protection helps protect eligible orders against covered shipping-related issues such as lost packages, damaged packages, or carrier-confirmed transit problems.
This protection is separate from the Capgo 1 Year Craftsmanship Warranty. It does not cover customs delays, import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, refused packages, unpaid customs charges, incorrect customer addresses, or delays outside Capgo’s control.
Damage claims must be reported quickly with photos of the box, shipping label, packaging, and product. Lost-package claims may require carrier investigation before a replacement, refund, or store credit can be issued.
