This warranty is designed to give customers added confidence when ordering custom, replica, collector, and display championship belts from Capgo Championship Belts. It covers eligible craftsmanship and manufacturing-related issues that may occur under normal display, handling, and ownership conditions.
What Is Covered
The Capgo 1 Year Craftsmanship Warranty may cover eligible issues related to:
Loose or improperly secured plates
Broken or defective snaps
Stitching or strap construction defects
Manufacturing defects in the belt build
Incorrectly assembled belt components
Eligible plating or finish issues caused by workmanship defects
Eligible defects in custom layout, nameplate, or ordered options when the final product does not match the confirmed order details
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Scratches, scuffs, dents, or marks caused after delivery
Damage caused by drops, impact, misuse, wrestling use, rough handling, storage issues, or accidents
Water damage, moisture exposure, heat damage, chemical exposure, or improper cleaning
Natural strap creasing, leather/PU movement, or cosmetic aging over time
Tarnishing, fading, or surface wear caused by handling, display conditions, humidity, sunlight, or long-term exposure
Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, repainting, replating, or third-party customization
Customer-approved spelling, artwork, layout, or design choices
Import fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or shipping delays
How Long Coverage Lasts
Coverage lasts for 1 year from the original delivery date of the eligible Capgo product.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
Order number
Full name and email used on the order
Clear photos or video showing the issue
A written description of the problem
Photos of the shipping box if the issue may be related to transit damage
Capgo may request additional photos, video, or return inspection before approving a warranty claim.
Warranty Resolution
If a claim is approved, Capgo may provide one of the following resolutions:
Replacement part
Repair solution
Replacement belt or product
Store credit
Partial refund where appropriate
The final resolution will be determined by Capgo based on the issue, product type, availability, and claim details.
Warranty Transfer
The Capgo 1 Year Craftsmanship Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and original order. It is not transferable to another person or resale buyer.
Important Notice
The Capgo 1 Year Craftsmanship Warranty is a craftsmanship and workmanship warranty. It is not shipping insurance, accident protection, customs protection, or damage protection caused by misuse or outside handling after delivery.
