How Long Does it Take to Make a Belt?
The HD Engraving Premium belts typically take four weeks to complete, and the SD Etching belts take three weeks after the final belt artwork!
How much does a custom championship belt cost?
At ARM Championship Belts, we offer metal plates in various thicknesses to suit your preferences:
- 4mm Thick Metal Etching Plates Belt: Starting at $300
- 5.5mm Thick Metal HD Engraving Plates Belt: Starting at $500
- 6mm Thick Deep HD Engraving and Stacked Plates Belt: Starting at $600

What are the Payment Options?
We accept all major credit cards, including the following: VISA, MasterCard, and Google Pay, in addition to PayPal, for payment transactions.
What are the shipping fees?
We offer free shipping to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Germany. For Europe, there is a flat shipping rate depending on the delivery address.
Are there discounts available for multiple belt orders?
Yes, but only when 5 belts or more are ordered AT THE SAME TIME. Contact us for details.
Will I receive an order confirmation email after placing my order?
Yeah sure, after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with all of your order details mentioned in it.
Will I get tracking of my order?
Yeah, sure, you will get order tracking no. in the shipping confirmation email because We believe Order Tracking is every customer’s right in online shopping.

Due to our rapid processing time, it is pretty challenging to make any change in your order. But If the change is necessary, please contact us as soon as possible.

Is there a physical store for Arm Championship Belts?
Currently, we do not have a physical store.
Our business philosophy aims to cut out the middleman to lower our retail prices to customers and give a higher share of the sales to our craftsmen.
What is the quality of leather straps?
We useGenuine Cowhide leather, which is perfect for strap-making. For more details, see our Quality section.
Where are belts manufactured?
Our belts are made in our own craftsmanship unit in Sialkot, Pakistan. The city has a long heritage of leather crafting dating back to the 17th century. We don’t outsource any of our products. We aim to ensure the craftsmen working on them receive a fair share of the profits.

Is the belt pre-made?
Each belt is created based on individual customers’ custom designs. After receiving the order, we start creating your belt to ensure it meets your requirements.

What’s the status of my order? How do I track it?
We’ll keep you informed during the entire process via step-by-step notification emails about your order’s status. As soon as your belt is shipped, we will email you the tracking number of our courier (DHL, USPS), and you can track your order on their website.
Do I have to pay customs and duties?
Customs and import duties may apply once the package reaches its destination country. As import duties vary from country to country, we cannot determine the cost of these charges.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
After we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You’ll receive regular email notifications about the progress of your belt, such as digital mockups, engraving updates, quality assurance, and shipping.

Yes, definitely. Our goal is to ensure that the information provided by our customers remains safe and secure from unauthorized access and use. Additionally, all transactions are conducted on a secure server.

Can I track my order online?
Yes.
A confirmation email and tracking code will be sent to you once your belt has shipped.
Can I make any changes after placing my order?
We would love to help you out in any way we can.
If there is an amendment regarding your belt artwork, please contact info@armbelts.com within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, our designer will work on your belt artwork.
If you change the shipping address, you can do that within 10 days. Afterward, your Belt is shipped, and the package must be returned. The second shipment will be billed to the customer.
